Qualifications

• Approximately 15 years' experience in software quality assurance.
• Minimum 5 years leading QA teams.
• Experience scaling QA functions in complex multi-product environments.
• Experience embedding quality practices and culture across engineering.
• Proven strategic leadership and organizational change management capability.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders from executive to technical levels.
• Expert knowledge of testing methodologies, frameworks, and quality strategies.
• Advanced testing certifications (ISTQB-CTAL or equivalent) preferred.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.
• Oversee enterprise test strategy, planning, and execution across the platform.
• Coordinate complex multi-team testing initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Drive automation strategy with clear ROI and coverage metrics.
• Own release management and quality gatekeeping for production deployments.
• Implement quality metrics, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical engagement.
• Translate quality strategies into executive communications for decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, and Business leadership.
