Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a QA Engineer to join its Global Quality team, supporting and continuously improving quality standards across its European manufacturing and supply network. You'll work hands-on with suppliers and contract manufacturers, travel internationally and help drive investigations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Prior QA experience with clear progression in beverage/FMCG.
• Practical exposure to GMP and/or QMS auditing.
• Experience handling non-conformances and quality incidents.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct GMP quality audits across suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Support QA process improvements across Europe.
• Provide QA guidance on projects, especially NPD.
• Organise, facilitate and track QA validation activities.
• Investigate consumer complaints, incidents and non-conformances.
• Support root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Attend and monitor production trials and packaging trials.
• Analyze external lab results and QA metrics.
• Identify quality risks and develop corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
