M+C Saatchi Group is seeking an experienced Business Director to lead a portfolio of global communications accounts across public sector, international development and philanthropy. You will provide senior counsel to clients and drive growth while leading multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires exceptional client management, strategic judgment and deep knowledge of complex global issues, including climate, health, migration and sustainable development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in public relations, strategic communications or corporate affairs.
• Experience advising senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing large international programmes.
• Strong understanding of global development, international affairs and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior day-to-day lead across accounts, empowering teams to grow.
• Advise C-suite on reputation management, stakeholder engagement and strategy.
• Develop integrated annual communications strategies aligned to objectives.
• Lead complex global initiatives spanning multiple geographies and audiences.
• Oversee international media engagement programmes with top-tier media.
• Manage crisis and issues communications when required.
• Design engagement programmes targeting policymakers, donors and governments.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across PR, digital, content and paid amplification.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and revenue.
