Job summary

M+C Saatchi Group in London seeks an experienced Business Director to lead a portfolio of global communications accounts spanning public sector, international development and philanthropy. You will provide senior counsel, drive growth and lead multidisciplinary teams across media, digital, content and advocacy.

The role requires exceptional client management, strategic judgement and a deep understanding of complex global issues including climate, health and humanitarian responses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public relations, strategic communications or corporate affairs.
• Proven track record advising senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Strong experience managing large international communications programmes.
• Excellent understanding of global development, international affairs, sustainability.
• Strong project management capabilities ensuring delivery across complex programmes.
• Extensive network of media contacts and opinion formers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior day-to-day lead across accounts and guide teams to grow in their roles.
• Advise C-suite on reputation management, stakeholder engagement and strategy.
• Develop integrated annual communications strategies aligned to objectives.
• Lead international media engagement and executive profiling programs.
• Design engagement programmes targeting policymakers, donors and governments.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Mentor account directors, managers and executives.
• Drive proposals, pitches and strategic growth conversations.
