M+C Saatchi is seeking a highly organised Project Manager in London to lead end-to-end delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns within a fast-paced creative environment.

You will coordinate teams across media, creative and production, manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder approvals to ensure first-class outcomes. The role emphasizes proactive collaboration and delivery excellence within an agency setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing integrated, multi-channel projects in a creative or agency environment.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised problem-solver with strong multitasking abilities and team support skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Ownership: End-to-end delivery including timing plans, estimates and resource allocation.
• Resource Planning: Coordinate and update teams to ensure resourcing throughout the lifecycle.
• Scope Management: Monitor and manage project scope with client and internal expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Proactively engage stakeholders, run status meetings and maintain approvals docs.
• Creative Development: Lead kick-off meetings, creative reviews and integrated production meetings.
• Production Partnership: Work with production specialists to inform production decisions.
• Delivery: Manage end-to-end delivery of assets against complex media plans across teams.
• Financial Management: Prepare and manage estimates, oversee purchasing and approve invoices.
