Job summary

Compassion in World Farming International is seeking a Global Senior Prospect Research Manager to strengthen our prospect research function and support fundraising growth. You will shape strategy, deliver insights, and drive metrics across multiple markets.

Based in Godalming with a hybrid pattern (2 days in the office weekly), you will lead on ethical screening, data reporting, and donor intelligence to build a high-quality prospect pipeline for our Global Philanthropy Team.

Qualifications

• Prospect research experience in an international fundraising environment.
• Ability to build and manage a prospect pipeline to support income growth.
• Experience turning research into actionable donor insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the global prospect research function.
• Identify high-potential prospects from multiple sources.
• Create clear research profiles to aid donor cultivation and decisions.
• Lead on due diligence and ethical screening across donors and markets.
• Use data and reporting to analyse the prospect pool and donor records.
