Job summary

Compassion in World Farming International is seeking a Global Senior Mid-Level Giving Manager to lead the Circle of Compassion donor programme and drive income growth across its markets. The role involves strategy, stewardship, and pipeline development within a collaborative international team.

You will use Salesforce or similar CRM to monitor performance, report on progress, and optimise donor journeys while delivering exceptional stewardship to Circle members and growing mid-level gifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or scaling a fundraising programme with clear income growth.
• Strong written and oral communication for diverse donor groups.
• Confident with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce or equivalent, plus data-informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with donors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Circle of Compassion programme globally with strategic development and income growth.
• Deliver exceptional donor stewardship and long-term engagement for Circle members.
• Develop donor acquisition and pipeline growth in collaboration across Global Philanthropy and CRM teams.
• Monitor performance and optimise donor journeys using insights to drive income growth.
