Job summary

ITV in London (White City) is seeking a high-impact leader to drive global sales narratives for finished tape, formats, and new productions. You will translate audience data into commercial value propositions and act as the strategic connector across Content, Insights, Marketing, PR and Business Development.

You will design sales collateral, develop buyer profiles, and coordinate launch readiness with Marketing and Content to enable pre-sales and co-productions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Distribution sales, Product Marketing, or Acquisitions in media and entertainment.
• Deep understanding of global content trends and how data-led buyers evaluate a show or format purchase.
• Proven track record in building toolkits and compelling pitch documents enabling more TV content sales.
• Experience turning data and creative materials into concise, compelling commercial pitches.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and a structured sales/go-to-market process.

Responsibilities

• Proposition Design & Sales Enablement: design pitch decks and Battle Cards from show info.
• Target buyers: profile ideal buyers for titles across broadcast, streaming and AVOD/FAST.
• Strategic Insight Application: commission new analyses to support sales goals and justify value.
• Pre-Sale Enablement: create collateral for earlier-stage pitches to secure co-productions and pre-sales.
• Catalogue enablement: develop thematic collections aligned with buyer needs.
• Reactive Hot Lists: monitor trends and create timely sales sheets.
