Job Description:

Ardagh Metal Packaging is looking for a Global Project Manager Operational Excellence & Growth.

Role overview:

This role involves managing projects related to Growth and AMPS initiatives, supporting in creating lean standards, conducting audits, and assessing workbooks and equipment standards. The role requires travel up to 50% in the coming months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and follow up on projects related to Growth and AMPS initiatives, including creating and implementing OPEX workbooks.
• Support audits to assess Operational Excellence levels in plants.
• Assist in deploying lean manufacturing and OPEX methodologies.
• Create materials for lean methodology deployment and tracking systems for projects.
• Monitor the status of AMPS for plants and support the creation of technical standards.
• Coach teams in implementing initiatives with a focus on operational excellence and standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance competitiveness.
• Collaborate with regions and functions (IT, CI, Innovation, Production, Quality) to share best practices and communicate effectively.
• Track savings from Operational Excellence initiatives and support standardization across locations.
• Assist in benchmarking and workshop exercises through data collection and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company management systems and business ethics.

Education & Training:

• Graduated engineer
• Lean/6Sigma certification or equivalent
• Advanced MS Office and Power BI skills

Experience:

• Several years of experience in Lean/6Sigma methodologies development and implementation
• International project experience
• Experience in manufacturing environments, ideally automotive
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Flexible, resilient, and highly motivated
