Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Program Manager to strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives across global facilities. You will oversee multiple project teams, define scope, timelines and budgets for equipment installation and facility construction projects.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with sponsors, engineering, facilities, contractors and suppliers to ensure safe, on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• Extensive experience in an advanced management role and program management preferred.
• Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, resources and execution plans for equipment installation and facility construction projects.
• Lead and manage construction and equipment deployment projects from concept to handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets, including CAPEX, procurement costs, contingency planning and forecasting.
• Identify requirements, permits, regulatory approvals and compliance obligations for project execution.
• Monitor performance, progress, quality, safety and resource utilization; implement corrective actions.
• Manage risks, changes and dependencies to minimize schedule and budget impacts.
• Coordinate procurement activities, contractor selection, bid evaluations, and contract administration.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, validation and final acceptance processes.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments and financial reports to stakeholders.
