Key Responsibilities

This role is for a Project Coordinator to support a team of engineers delivering analysis projects for lifecycle engineering services. The Project Coordinator will ensure that projects are tracked effectively, the scope and timeline of required actions are understood and the customer is informed of the forecast for completion and any potential roadblocks.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Liaise with team lead and customer to identify, understand and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Ensure project milestones are accurately forecast
• Monitor project progress and escalated any issues that arise
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, reports, and schedules and metrics as required
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project success
• Conduct project evaluations and assess results
• Participate and lead continuous improvement activities to drive efficiency and eliminate waste within processes and the organization
• Promote a culture of high performance, innovation and continuous improvement
• Technical knowledge of Gas Turbines & Engineering processes are required for this role to enabling accurate scoping and forecasting of tasks. Further knowledge of Rotating Parts, Non-conformance processes and Repair processes would be preferred.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
