Job summary

WorkWave is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead our Global Professional Services portfolio, managing customer relationships, scoping billable projects, and crafting clear statements of work. You will coordinate enterprise deployments and SMB rollouts, travel up to 25% domestically, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while protecting project margins.

Based in the UK, you will work with international stakeholders and global teams, maintaining audit-ready documentation and driving revenue

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management and IT/software deployments, especially SaaS.
• Familiar with AI-powered tools for scheduling, risk forecasting, and reporting.
• Structured PM frameworks such as PRINCE2 or PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Efficiency: Champion AI/automation to streamline project tracking and reporting.
• Strategic On-Site Presence: Travel domestically up to 25% for key meetings and reviews.
• Global Stakeholder Management: Manage international stakeholders and cross-border teams.
• Scope & Detail Analysis: Define scopes and resource allocations with attention to detail.
• Precision Project Planning: Develop granular project plans with dependencies.
• Time Management & Execution: Track multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Transparent Communication: Deliver progress updates to sponsors, teams, and clients.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues promptly.
• Standards & Documentation: Maintain audit-ready project documentation and tools.
• Financial & Project Closure: Close projects to enable revenue recognition and capture lessons learned.
