WorkWave seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Professional Services team in the UK. You will manage customer relationships, scope billable projects, and develop clear statements of work for enterprise and SMB clients, driving on-time, on-budget delivery of SaaS deployments.

Bring a mature, detail-oriented approach to governance, risk mitigation, and financials while coordinating global stakeholders, including distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management and IT/SaaS deployments.
• Familiar with AI-powered tools to enhance scheduling and reporting.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Efficiency: adopt AI and automation to streamline project tracking and reporting.
• Strategic On-Site Presence: travel domestically up to 25% for kickoff meetings and reviews.
• Global Stakeholder Management: manage international stakeholders and cross-border teams.
• Scope & Detail Analysis: define scopes, resources, and outcomes with customer alignment.
• Precision Project Planning: create granular project plans with dependencies.
• Time Management & Execution: monitor progress and meet deadlines.
• Transparent Communication: provide progress updates to sponsors and clients.
• Risk Mitigation: identify and resolve risks and issues promptly.
• Standards & Documentation: maintain audit-ready project documents.
• Financial & Project Closure: close projects for revenue recognition and lessons learned.
