Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager in Edinburgh to lead project controls, cost management, scheduling, and estimates across major projects. You will drive value, mentor a global team, and contribute to the strategic direction of our client engagements in a dynamic environment.

You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, robust risk management, and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction-related discipline.
• Proven experience in project controls for engineering/construction projects.
• Ability to travel and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients.
• Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow.
• Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership.
• Oversee the capital planning process for new projects.
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings.
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks.
