Qualifications

• Degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline.
• Experience in project controls including cost control, scheduling and estimating.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to distill project data into concise updates for rapid/informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients.
• Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow.
• Foster top performance and growth for your employees via mentorship and leadership.
• Oversee the project capital planning process for new projects.
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings.
• Update partners with monthly executive and project status reports, schedule updates and risks.
