Job summary

Starcom is hiring a Global Project Manager to deliver ambitious Samsung Global programmes. You will bring together teams across GBC, D2C and growth initiatives, turning strategy into well-organised, effective delivery. Work closely with account leadership to enable globally consistent delivery.

The role focuses on leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with strong governance, collaboration and communication across markets.

Strong programme or project management capability.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
A collaborative approach with colleagues, clients and partners.
Clear and confident communication across stakeholders.
Operational mindset for clearer, more efficient processes.
Experience supporting change, capability deployment or tech adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead global programmes from brief to implementation with plans, milestones and budgets.
Coordinate teams and markets across disciplines, regions and stakeholders.
Establish programme governance with status reporting and reviews.
Support Samsung’s global network with aligned communications and ways of working.
Drive rollout of new capabilities, including Publicis AI tools and platforms.
Improve ways of working with processes, templates and playbooks.
Onboard and govern new workstreams within the Samsung operating model.
