Job summary

Starcom is seeking a Regional Performance Account Manager to lead digital performance strategy across 26 European markets for Samsung. You will connect regional teams with data, channel experts and client contact points to deliver insights and scalable campaigns.

You will collaborate with media, data, technology and client teams to share best practices and drive growth, while turning insights into action across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in media, digital or agency settings with regional or international clients.
• Solid understanding of digital performance marketing and how channels work together.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across diverse teams and markets.
• Collaborative mindset with proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience with performance marketing channels such as Paid Search, YouTube, Meta or TikTok is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with regional stakeholders and client contacts across Europe.
• Support planning and delivery of regional digital performance campaigns with high-quality execution and reporting.
• Gather and share market insights, trends and best practices to improve performance across markets.
• Collaborate with channel specialists to develop playbooks, toolkits and learning resources.
• Act as a key connector across the Constellation network to solve challenges and share expertise.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional and cross-agency teams to deliver strategic projects that create value for Samsung.
