Job summary

Starcom is seeking a Global Project Manager to drive ambitious Samsung programmes. You will unite teams across GBC, D2C and emerging growth initiatives, turning strategy into structured delivery. Work closely with leadership and Publicis network teams to enable globally consistent execution.

You will coordinate markets, manage governance, and help embed new capabilities with effective onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement across the network.

Qualifications

• Strong programme or project management capability from planning through to implementation.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills across multiple workstreams.
• A collaborative approach to build trusted relationships across teams and markets.
• Clear and confident communication, including facilitating meetings and status updates.
• An operational mindset to make processes clearer and easier to adopt.
• Experience supporting change, capability deployment or technology adoption.
• Curiosity and adaptability in a global, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global programmes from brief to implementation with clear plans, milestones, budgets and resourcing.
• Coordinate projects across disciplines, regions and stakeholders while managing risks and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain governance, reporting and client-facing discussions with clarity.
• Support Samsung’s global network with consistent communications and governance.
• Lead rollout and adoption of new capabilities, including Publicis AI tools, across markets.
• Develop processes, templates, and playbooks to improve global delivery.
• Onboard and integrate new workstreams into the Samsung operating model.
