Job summary

Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Global Project Manager to drive ambitious Samsung Global programmes. You will align teams across GBC, D2C and emerging growth, turning strategy into organised delivery with governance and stakeholder engagement.

You will partner with HQ and regional teams to ensure consistency, with a focus on adopting new capabilities and improving processes for scalable global delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong programme or project management capability, leading complex multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills across timelines, resources, budgets and risks.
• Collaborative approach to build trusted relationships across teams and markets.
• Clear, confident communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Operational mindset to simplify processes and enable adoption of new tools.
• Experience supporting change, capability deployment or technology adoption.
• Curiosity and adaptability in a global, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global programmes from brief to implementation with clear plans, milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate projects across disciplines, regions and stakeholders while managing risks and dependencies.
• Create governance with status reporting, reviews and client-facing discussions.
• Support Samsung’s global network by ensuring consistent communications and ways of working.
• Lead rollout and adoption of Publicis AI tools and platforms across markets.
• Develop processes, templates and playbooks to make global delivery more efficient.
• Mobilise new opportunities by creating onboarding and governance frameworks.
