• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver safely and on time.
• Develop and manage project budgets, CAPEX, and cost forecasting.
• Identify requirements, permits, approvals, and compliance obligations.
• Monitor performance, safety, and quality; implement corrective actions.
• Manage risks, scope changes, and dependencies to minimize schedule impact.
• Oversee procurement activities and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and health/safety standards.
• Provide regular status updates and progress reviews to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction methodologies and delivery processes.
