Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead CCP, USM, and Repair programs from commercial handoff through execution. You will own end-to-end program management within C-TSL and coordinate across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to meet delivery and financial targets.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, deep industry knowledge of aero-derivative gas turbines, and a proven ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational trade-offs to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in industrial or aero-derivative gas turbines, MRO, aftermarket.
• Experience managing USM, repairs, or material-intensive programs.
• Familiarity with mid-frame IGT platforms and LM-series gas turbines.
• Strong ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own CCP, USM, and repair programs from handoff through execution and close-out.
• Act as single-threaded program leader coordinating cross-functional execution.
• Ensure scope, schedule, cost, and margin objectives are achieved.
• Provide proactive communication on program status, risks, and commercial impacts.
• Support Sales during proposal development, negotiations, and customer reviews.
