Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLC in Glasgow seeks a Program Manager for CCP, USM and Repairs to lead end-to-end programs across sales, supply chain, manufacturing and repair operations. You will own scope, schedule, cost and margin objectives and coordinate cross-functional execution to meet customer commitments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, 8+ years in aero‑derivative gas turbines or repairs, and strong program management and ERP/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own CCP, USM, and repairs programs from commercial handoff through execution and close‑out.
• Act as the single-threaded program leader, coordinating cross‑functional execution and issue resolution.
• Ensure program scope, schedule, cost, and margin objectives are achieved.
• Provide clear communication on program status, risks, and commercial impacts.
