Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to lead technical production and on-site execution for complex corporate events. You will coordinate schedules, resources, budgets and client communications to ensure flawless delivery.

The role demands strong leadership, a technical background, travel up to 50%, and the ability to manage multiple streams under pressure while maintaining safety and standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of technical experience in corporate staging or broadcast.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Technical background and client-relations skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate production & labour schedules, sub-rental needs, project scope and responsibilities to team, vendors and venues.
• Determine and secure resources required to complete each project.
• Attend client meetings and maintain show documentation; respond to client questions.
• Monitor project scope during planning and adjust as needed.
• Assist sales and operations with equipment needs and technical solutions.
• Assist with creation of technical diagrams as required.
• Review sales documents to ensure equipment meets client needs.
• Lead technical teams and deliver world-class service to clients.
• Ensure health and safety documentation is in place and communicated.
