Job summary
Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Production Engineer to support the development and delivery of innovative animal care technology. You will help streamline production processes, troubleshoot issues on global production floors, and drive improvements across hardware, software, and testing environments.
Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering, demonstrate hands-on experience with tester design, ATE systems, RF testing, and have strong communication skills to collaborate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Experience with production line testers, testing methods for RF/IR.
- Strong hands-on hardware experience and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead hardware, ATE, and software changes for new/legacy products including NPI and EOL updates.
- Develop and implement testing procedures for new products, including test station duplication, wiring, validation, and ongoing support.
- Conduct failure analysis and reliability testing for critical product components.
- Provide technical support to local and global production floors.
- Collaborate with production line engineers to deploy and maintain testers at international production sites.
- Document and communicate results to peers and management.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes and systems.
