Job summary

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Hardware Electronics Engineer to support the development and production of animal care technology products. You will lead hardware changes, drive DFx and NPI processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations to ensure quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, strong PCB/PCBA expertise, and experience with Altium/OrCAD.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
Strong understanding of electronic design and DFM.
Experience with multidisciplinary product design.
Knowledge of worldwide compliance regulations.
Proficiency with Altium or OrCAD and RF/IR testing methods and ATE.
Excellent English communication; Hebrew a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead hardware changes for both new and legacy products, including EOL updates and layout modifications.
Drive DFx and NPI procedures for new products.
Conduct failure analysis and reliability testing on critical design aspects.
Act as a component engineer for new and existing products.
Ensure designs meet quality and reliability standards, with validation tests.
Provide support to worldwide production facilities.
Prepare and present reports to peers and management.
Oversee compliance with safety and radio regulations.
Lead hardware engineering efforts during NPI and for legacy products.
