Job summary

Martin-Baker Aircraft Company Ltd. seeks a Product Support Engineer at our Denham site to liaise with customers worldwide, investigate defects and provide technical advice. You’ll work with Design and Product & Engineering Support to identify required test equipment for maintenance and checks on ejection seats.

This onsite role involves coordinating defect investigations, creating formal technical communications and supporting customers globally.

Qualifications

Strong problem solving and investigative skills.
Clear written and spoken English with good communication.
Experience working in a team environment.
Familiarity with MB products and in-service policies is advantageous.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Access/SAP databases.

Responsibilities

Act as a key contact for customers, assisting with defects and providing technical guidance.
Coordinate with Design and Product & Engineering Support to source tooling and test equipment.
Investigate in-service issues and document root causes; drive corrective actions.
Prepare formal communications, SILs and TILs as required.
