Job summary

TLD in the United Kingdom seeks a Product Sales Manager to oversee all touch points between Sales and Service Originations. You will promote the product, support launches, review specifications, and manage the sales pipeline with leadership across functions.

The role requires a BEng in engineering, strong communication across time zones, multitasking, and a data-driven approach to warranty, pricing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent with power electronics experience desirable.
• Excellent communication across different time zones and cultures.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and work streams.
• Data-driven with capability to analyze risk and warranty related data.

Responsibilities

• ENGINEERING – promote the product and its evolution to ensure Sales understand benefits and price structure.
• SALES – answer technical queries, manage the sales pipeline and pricing discussions.
• WARRANTY – manage warranty process including analysis and demerit claims.
• PRODUCT DEMERIT CLAIMS – address frequent technical issues with cross-functional teams.
• MARKET KNOWLEDGE – provide product improvements based on market trends and competition.
• TRAINING – coordinate product training for Area Service Technicians and Area Sales Managers.
