MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, UK, seeks an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the global PM function for Polymer Protection and TIMs. You will shape product strategy, drive lifecycle management, and partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Competenze
- Extensive experience in Product Management with ownership of strategy and lifecycle management.
- Proven leadership of PMs, Specialists, and eCommerce professionals.
- Experience with electronic assembly materials market is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Marketing and Sales.
Mansioni
- Define and execute the global product management strategy for the Business Unit.
- Lead and develop Product Management, Product Specialist, and eCommerce teams.
- Drive portfolio growth through innovation, commercialization, pricing and lifecycle management.
- Oversee technology roadmaps and successful launches of new products.
- Develop product positioning and customer value propositions to strengthen competitiveness.
- Partner with regional commercial teams to achieve revenue, margin and volume goals.
- Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into solutions.
- Utilize market intelligence and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement across product management processes and portfolio performance.
- Provide strategic updates to senior leadership.
