Job summary

Dyson seeks an experienced Product Demonstration Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across retail, events, and experiential environments, delivering demonstrations that bring Dyson technology to life.

You will own the Product Demonstration portfolio, developing roadmaps and strategies aligned to Dyson’s priorities, and partnering with Retail Design, Brand Experience, Creative, and Commercial teams to drive impactful customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing technical, engineering, design, or innovation teams.
• Experience developing and delivering physical products, demonstrations, installations, or interactive experiences from concept through implementation.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of Product Demonstration Engineers, undergraduate placement students, and graduate students.
• Create a high-performing team culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain Product Demonstration strategies and roadmaps aligned to Dyson’s business priorities.
• Own and prioritise the Product Demonstration portfolio, balancing business needs and delivery timelines.
• Oversee the development of demonstration solutions from concept through validation and implementation.
• Establish effective project governance, planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Provide clear reporting on project status, portfolio health, and key milestones.
