Job summary

Dyson is seeking an experienced Product Demonstration Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across retail, events, and experiential environments. You will own the portfolio, prioritise delivery, and ensure demonstrations showcase Dyson technology with engaging customer experiences.

Reporting to the Retail Experience & Design function, you will develop demonstration strategies, align with business units, and drive scalable, innovative solutions in a fast-paced setting. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading and developing technical, engineering, design, or innovation teams.
• Experience delivering physical products, demonstrations, installations, or interactive experiences from concept to launch.
• Strong project and portfolio management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong technical and creative problem-solving balancing innovation with practical delivery.
• Understanding of mechanical, electronic, and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to translate high-level concepts into robust, scalable, commercial solutions.
• Experience with prototyping, design validation, testing, and iterative development.
• Ability to balance customer experience, feasibility, operations, and commercial considerations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across teams.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional decisions.
• Strong leadership to develop high-performing teams and foster collaboration.
• Collaborative, proactive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and learning through testing.
• Strong written and visual communication for presenting ideas and updates.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary Product Demonstration team.
• Create a high-performing culture focusing on innovation and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain Product Demonstration strategies and roadmaps.
• Own and prioritise the Product Demonstration portfolio across delivery timelines.
• Oversee development of demonstration solutions from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate with Retail, Brand Experience, Creative, and Commercial teams.
• Establish governance, planning, and risk management for the portfolio.
• Ensure demonstrations communicate Dyson technology with engaging customer experiences.
• Build relationships to identify future technologies and opportunities.
• Report on project status, portfolio health, and milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices and standards.
• Grow a best-in-class global Product Demonstration capability.
