Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a Product Demonstration Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in designing and delivering live demonstrations that showcase Dyson technology across retail, events, and experiential spaces. You will own the demonstration portfolio, align strategies with business priorities, and drive delivery from concept to implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing technical, engineering, design, or innovation teams.
• Experience delivering physical products, demonstrations, installations, or interactive experiences from concept through implementation.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of Product Demonstration Engineers, placement students and graduates.
• Develop and maintain Product Demonstration strategies and roadmaps aligned to Dyson units.
• Own and prioritise the Product Demonstration portfolio, balancing business needs, resources and timelines.
• Oversee development of demonstrations from concept through validation to implementation.
• Provide clear reporting on project status, portfolio health, risks and milestones.
