Job summary

Shell is seeking a Head of Product Control within Risk Management (CRO) for Shell Trading & Supply. This leadership role will own trading P&L control, valuation governance and performance attribution across a global commodities trading business.

You will lead global teams and drive risk and control excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing P&L validation, valuation processes and independent price verification, while partnering with Trading, Market Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of global Product Control teams.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, valuation and controls.
• Experience partnering with Trading, Market Risk and Finance.
• Ability to translate complex finance topics for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Product Control teams across physical and financial trading.
• Ensure daily/month-end P&L and valuation integrity.
• Drive standardisation, automation and transformation initiatives.
