World Fuel Services in London is seeking a Lead, Product Risk & Control to join the Supply & Trading organization. The role oversees daily P&L validation, exposure reporting, pricing governance, and risk controls across physical and financial energy trading activities.

You will partner with Trading, Market Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology to strengthen the control environment and drive end-to-end process improvements in a global trading business.

Qualifikationen

• Experience within Product Control, Market Risk, or Commodities Finance.
• Deep knowledge of physical and financial energy markets.
• Experience with mark-to-market valuation, P&L attribution, exposure reporting.
• Strong understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle.
• Experience with ETRM platforms and market data processes is desirable.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL knowledge desirable.

• Daily P&L validation, exposure reporting, and control governance.
• Pricing and curve governance for physical and financial markets.
• Maintain valuation controls and risk oversight with cross-functional partners.
• Support month-end reconciliations and audit requests.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
