Job summary

Monex in Manchester seeks a Procurement & Vendor Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing, supplier management and governance across the organisation.

You will drive value through strategic sourcing, contract negotiations and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, IT and Legal, ensuring compliance and risk controls while delivering cost savings and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and contracts.
• Ability to build credible relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement and sourcing strategy, aligning with policy and business needs.
• Drive cost savings through supplier consolidation, volume leverage and better terms.
• Lead supplier evaluations, tenders, and contract renewals across functions.
• Develop KPI framework and monitor quarterly savings against targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including operational resilience.
• Manage lifecycle of sourcing activity from planning to invoicing and reporting.
