Job summary

Gresham, a global financial services technology company, is seeking a Procurement Manager to own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle across its global offices. You will source, tender, negotiate contracts, onboard suppliers and manage ongoing vendor relationships to protect margins and meet regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with procurement systems (e.g. Coupa, SAP Ariba) and the ability to work closely with Finance, Legal and IT leadership to shape procurement policy

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with procurement or contract lifecycle management systems (e.g. Coupa, SAP Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services across Gresham's global offices, from sourcing and tendering through to contract negotiation and supplier onboarding, ensuring cost-effective and compliant outcomes.
• Own supplier and vendor relationship management, conducting regular performance reviews and risk assessments to ensure service levels, commercial terms and data security standards are consistently met.
• Own the I2P platform and have experience in their set up and management.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and IT stakeholders to develop procurement policies, approval workflows and category strategies that support Gresham's growth and regulatory obligations.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities across the supplier base, tracking and reporting procurement KPIs and savings against budget to senior leadership.
