Job summary

Clarksons PLC in Great Yarmouth is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement, supplier performance and stock control across the Netherlands, Taiwan and Teesside branches, remotely from our UK office. You’ll work with our PIM/Oracle team, manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure product availability while coordinating depots and keeping records up to date.

Qualifications

Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, stock control or operational coordination.
ERP systems experience, ideally OGL.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Self-motivated and highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement, creation and maintenance of purchase orders.
Monitor PO book and ensure timely orders.
Expedite outstanding orders with suppliers.
Track order progress and supplier updates to stakeholders.
Monitor stock levels across Netherlands and Teesside branches.
Identify stock shortages and replenishment needs.
Coordinate and manage depot transfers between branches.
Resolve supplier account issues (credit holds, stop statuses).
Collaborate with Sales to address shortages and MOQs.
Maintain Certificate of Conformity documentation and audit trails.
Coordinate branch stock takes from planning to reconciliation.
Assess daily workload and prioritise tasks.
Act as a communication link between Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing and Suppliers.
Maintain records in Oracle and PIM.
Provide general operational and administrative support as required.
