Global Procurement Delivery Lead – Construction

Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Procurement Delivery Consultant to support construction and infrastructure procurement across the UK and globally. You will work on major capital programmes, developing procurement strategies, engaging suppliers and guiding contracts through to award and supplier mobilisation.

You will collaborate with clients and project teams, manage risk, drive process improvements, and contribute to business development within a fast-growing global team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering procurement services within construction, infrastructure or major capital projects.
• UK construction procurement experience is essential.
• Experience with NEC and/or JCT contracts is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
• Experience in data centres, semiconductors, digital infrastructure or other complex capital programmes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic procurement and supply chain assignments across major capital and construction programmes.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, tendering approaches and supplier engagement plans.
• Lead and support procurement activities through to contract award and supplier mobilisation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, procurement governance and supply chain risk activities.
• Lead supplier relationship management and procurement process improvement initiatives.
