Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Procurement Delivery Consultant across UK and global delivery to join our Infrastructure team. You will lead strategic procurement and supply chain activities for major capital projects, engaging with clients, suppliers and project teams.

You will develop procurement strategies, manage tendering and contract award processes, and drive supplier performance while navigating complex, international programmes and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering procurement services in construction, infrastructure or major capital projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement strategy, sourcing and contract award processes.
• Experience in consulting is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic procurement and supply chain assignments across major capital and construction programmes.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, tendering approaches and supplier engagement plans.
• Lead and support procurement activities through to contract award and supplier mobilisation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, procurement governance and supply chain risk activities.
• Lead and deliver supplier relationship management, procurement process improvement and supplier performance initiatives across complex delivery programmes.
• Contribute to business development, proposal preparation and wider team growth activities.
