Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Procurement Delivery Consultant to join our growing UK and global delivery teams. The role focuses on construction and infrastructure procurement, supporting clients with procurement strategy, market engagement, tendering and supplier management across major programmes.

You will work with clients, project teams and suppliers to define procurement strategies, manage sourcing activities and deliver successful commercial outcomes on complex projects, including

Qualifications

• Experience delivering procurement services within construction, infrastructure or major capital projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement strategy, sourcing and contract award processes.
• Experience with NEC and/or JCT contracts and supplier engagement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic procurement and supply chain assignments across major capital and construction programmes.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, tendering approaches and supplier engagement plans.
• Lead and support procurement activities through to contract award and supplier mobilisation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, procurement governance and supply chain risk activities.
• Lead supplier relationship management and procurement process improvement initiatives across complex delivery programmes.
• Contribute to business development, proposal preparation and wider team growth.
