Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking a Procurement Delivery Consultant across all levels to join our growing Infrastructure team. The role focuses on construction and infrastructure procurement, delivering strategic procurement and supply chain solutions across major projects and programmes.

You will work with clients, project teams and suppliers, supporting procurement strategy development, market engagement, tendering, contract award and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering procurement services within construction and infrastructure environments.
• UK construction procurement experience is essential; global market experience including US/EMEA is desirable.
• MCIPS accreditation, or progress towards equivalent professional procurement qualifications, is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic procurement and supply chain assignments across major capital and construction programmes.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, tendering approaches and supplier engagement plans.
• Lead and support procurement activities through to contract award and supplier mobilisation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, procurement governance and supply chain risk activities.
• Lead and deliver supplier relationship management, procurement process improvement and supplier performance initiatives across complex delivery programmes.
• Contribute to business development, proposal preparation and wider team growth activities.
