Baker Hughes is seeking a Business Transformation - Process Excellence professional to lead strategic process improvements across the organisation. The role focuses on simplifying, standardising, automating, and digitising processes with a strong emphasis on measurable business value.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide improvements, champion continuous improvement and change management, and ensure alignment with future-state operating models.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, automate, and digitise business processes to deliver measurable value.
• Influence cross-functional teams and leadership to drive enterprise-wide improvements with reduced complexity.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean and process optimization methodologies to boost speed, quality and cost.
• Define and own the organization's process blueprint in line with strategic objectives and operating models.
• Lead change management to ensure sustainable implementation and behavioural adoption of new ways of working.
