Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Business Transformation - Process Excellence leader to drive strategic process improvement across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to simplify, standardize, automate, and digitize processes, delivering measurable business value.

The role requires leading change management, influencing senior stakeholders, and working across sites. A background in SPS/SPSP knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

Working closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams, you will identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, automate, and digitise business processes, helping solve long‑standing operational challenges and deliver measurable business value.In this highly visible role, you will influence functional teams across the business, partner with leadership stakeholders, and drive enterprise‑wide improvements that enhance operational effectiveness, reduce complexity, and support sustainable growth. Combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, you will challenge existing ways of working, implement innovative solutions, and champion continuous improvement, automation, and digitalisation a Business Transformation - Process Excellence you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing end‑to‑end business processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, duplication, and cost drivers.
• Defining and owning the organization’s process blueprint, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and future‑state operating models.
• Partnering with subject matter experts to design, standardise, and implement optimised processes across functions, product lines, and sites.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Value Stream Mapping, and process optimisation methodologies to deliver measurable gains in speed, quality, and cost.
• Driving consistency, simplification, and standardisation across the enterprise, including opportunities for automation and and influencing senior stakeholders to support decision‑making, prioritisation, and adoption of new ways of working.
• Leading change management activities to ensure sustainable implementation and long‑term behavioural change.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have proven experience leading transformation, process excellence, in complex environments.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in process improvement methodologies.
• Bring the ability to translate complex data and insights into practical, actionable improvements.
• Be confident influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the strategic thinking with a hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset.
• Show high energy, resilience, and motivation to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change.
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience or knowledge of Subsea Production Systems (SPS) and/or Surface Pressure Systems (SPSP/SSPS) would be advantageous, although this is not a mandatory requirement.
