Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• 3–5 years' experience in business analysis or related role.
• Experience using journey mapping tools to produce clear maps and materials.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent; CBAP or PMP a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central Business Process Analyst across operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Evaluate and improve manual and system‑driven processes with internal teams and third parties.
• Drive standardisation and best practice across global business processes.
• Lead AS-IS / TO-BE gap analyses and define actionable improvements.
• Own and maintain comprehensive process documentation and SOPs.
• Create process maps and artefacts to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Establish change logs for audit trails and governance.
• Develop detailed journey maps for customer and end‑to‑end processes.
