Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, invites a placement-year student to join the Global Private Office Brand Experience team. You will support client events, streamline day-to-day operations, and assist regional Private Office teams with tasks across client engagement and facilities management.

We seek a proactive, entrepreneurial student studying Business or Marketing who is eager to develop in a client-focused luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing new initiatives to drive Private Office sales and client interactions.
• Support with client and prospect events for the Private Office.
• Assist regional Private Office teams with facilities maintenance and sample ordering.
• Serve as a daily operational contact for Private Office teams.
• Develop relationships with partners (agencies, suppliers, partners).
• Support performance reporting of Private Office client activities.

The Private Office Sales team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting business growth through relationship management, operational excellence, and targeted engagement activities. Working closely with clients, prospects, regional teams, and external partners, the department coordinates client events, supports sales initiatives, and ensures seamless day-to-day operations across the Private Office network.

What awaits you?

• Support with implementing new initiatives to drive Private Office sales direct client interactions at our Private Office’s
• Support with client and prospect events for the Private Office
• Support the local Private Office teams with client facilities maintenance and sample ordering
• Support and assist regional Private Office teams, providing a daily point of operational contact
• Develop positive working relationships with key partners (agencies, suppliers, affinity partners)
• Support with performance reporting of Private Office client management activities
• Support for Private Office Goodwood team with the preparation and set-up of client visits / specification sessions
• Support in the handling of client data and updating campaigns in Salesforce
• Support communication on Private Office based client activities, sharing with all stake holders
• Ensure adherence to all compliance & GDPR processes
