Job summary

Thomson Reuters is hiring a Privacy Operations Manager to lead a team and operationalize the global privacy program. The role reports to the Chief Privacy Officer and requires strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA and other privacy laws.

You will drive privacy policy implementation, risk assessments, DSAR handling, and incident response coordination across functions. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in a privacy/cybersecurity role, relevant certifications, and experience with OneTrust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, information systems, CS, or cybersecurity.
• 6–8 years in technical privacy, cybersecurity or compliance.
• CIPM/CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with privacy risk assessments and DSAR workflows.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Thomson Reuters' global privacy program.
• Lead privacy policy implementation, risk assessments, DPIAs, TIAs.
• Coordinate DSAR responses and monitor privacy KPIs and metrics.
• Support cyber incident response and cross-functional coordination.
• Embed privacy-by-design across product development and operations.
