Job summary

RELX Group is seeking a global marketing enablement lead to connect portfolio messaging, customer insights and campaigns with commercial priorities. You will drive scalable content and engagement frameworks across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to boost pipeline, retention and growth.

In this role you will translate strategies into practical assets for sellers, develop presentations and playbooks, and partner with leadership to improve content usage throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, content strategy, product marketing, or commercial enablement.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and enterprise sales motions.

Responsibilities

• Develop global marketing enablement strategy connected to priorities.
• Create scalable frameworks linking messaging, campaigns, thought leadership, customer insights, and product innovation to revenue activities.
• Translate strategies into practical assets for sellers to use in market.
• Develop sales presentations, playbooks, executive briefs, customer stories, and conversation frameworks.
• Partner with sales leadership to improve content usage across the customer journey.
• Support opportunities with tailored messaging and customer-facing content.
• Leverage market research and buyer insights to continuously improve enablement strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations.
