Xalient is seeking a PSA Planner to join its PMO in the UK. The role focuses on resource planning, capacity management, and forecasting across a global project portfolio, ensuring the right people are allocated to projects and forecasts stay accurate.

You'll collaborate with Project Delivery, Resource Management, Operations and Finance, manage billable hours and revenue tracking, and provide monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource planning, capacity planning, or PMO environments.
• Forecasting, budgeting or financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical/reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel to Leeds office when required.

Responsabilités

• Manage resource schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Monitor resource utilisation and availability across teams and locations.
• Produce short, medium and long-term capacity plans.
• Translate project pipeline data into resource requirements for forecasting.
• Own monthly hour and revenue forecasts in planning tooling.
• Ensure cost centre allocation and revenue recognition alignment.
• Produce monthly management reports for Finance and Operations.
• Highlight variances and budget overages.
• Maintain rolling dashboards for PMO leadership.
