Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a Project Manager within Almac Clinical Services to lead projects from concept through to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across global sites, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder engagement and proactive risk management. Applicants should have a degree or equivalent, experience in delivering business-critical projects, and the ability to drive multiple workstreams

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Experience delivering business-critical projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional or multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proactive approach to problem solving, risk management and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from initiation to closure.
• Developing project plans, budgets, schedules and business cases.
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams across global locations.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks while driving issue resolution.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and providing regular project updates.
• Reviewing timelines and deliverables to optimise project performance.
• Maintaining project documentation and governance standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement and best practice within the PMO.
