Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a Global Marketing Manager for Almac Sciences in Craigavon. You will lead global marketing plans, translate scientific capabilities into customer-focused value propositions and drive campaigns, content and lead generation across regions.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking and experience in life sciences marketing, with direct responsibility for developing a Marketing Associate and collaborating with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Significant previous experience in a Marketing or Business Development role.
• Significant business-to-business marketing experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer needs, buying behaviours and how marketing activity can support sales growth.
• Experience working with multiple senior Business Leaders across different disciplines, locations or time zones.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
• Ability to translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, customer-focused value propositions and sales enablement materials.
• Experience of managing multiple campaigns, projects and cross-functional activities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer, campaign and market data and recommend practical actions.
• Budget and risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and deliver the Almac Sciences global marketing plan aligned with priorities.
• Build understanding of services, customer segments, markets and competitors.
• Lead brand strategy and create consistent messaging across channels and territories.
• Translate scientific information into clear value propositions and campaigns.
• Collaborate with specialists and leaders to position and launch services.
• Produce marketing content including articles, case studies, fact sheets and campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing and inside sales to support lead generation and targeting.
• Oversee website, paid search, LinkedIn campaigns and customer outreach.
• Support trade shows, conferences and other events.
• Measure performance using Salesforce, HubSpot and data insights.
