Kaluza is seeking a Director of Platform Operations to lead three global functions—Client Support, KPPA, and KPS—with accountability for client experience across all regions. The role reports to the VP Product & Tech Operations and requires a right to work in the UK, with Bristol or London as the base and hybrid working.

The role emphasizes AI-native operations, strategic leadership, and global governance, with responsibility for SLAs, performance metrics, and vendor relationships.

• Genuinely AI-native mindset to push AI into delivery.
• Experience leading client support/operations at scale across regions.
• Fluent in incident and problem management against SLAs.
• Able to understand retail-energy operations.

• Own incident response end-to-end with severity and resolution within SLAs.
• Manage incoming support requests and drive continuous improvement.
• Own Problem Management and drive root-cause remediation.
• Keep support friction low by shielding product/engineering from noise.
